James Zammit – Managing Director
James Zammit is the Managing Director and ultimate beneficial owner of Agora Group. In this role, he is directly involved in acquiring and selling properties, and is also responsible to manage the development of projects. Furthermore, Mr Zammit is involved in several third-party companies operating in the property development sector. Through J. Zammit Limited, Mr Zammit also manages an automotive business operated under the brand name “Cars Unlimited” and two associated financing entities – Zammit Finance PLC and Finance House PLC. In 2016, James Zammit graduated with a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Edinburgh Business School.
Audrey Sacco – Chief Corporate Affairs and Planning
Audrey Sacco qualified as an accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2016 and has 10 years of work experience in the field. Ms. Sacco joined the ZH Group in 2013 in the position of Finance Executive and was promoted to the position of Financial Controller and later to Chief Finance Officer. As from 2017, Ms Sacco is the Chief Business Development and Corporate Affairs Officer of the Zammit Holdings Group, where she is responsible for developing the business through implementation of growth strategies and managing the group’s corporate affairs.
Emanuel Sciberras – Project Co-ordinator
Emanuel Sciberras joined the Zammit Group in 2002 and is highly experienced in project and property management. Today he completely manages both the development and finishing stage of the Group’s property projects. He is also responsible for monitoring bills of quantity and estimates and manages the complete execution of projects within set timeframes. In addition, he follows progress during each phase of a project in close liaison with internal and external stakeholders including the coordination of contracted work. In his role, Mr. Sciberras also ensures that the Group’s property, including those under construction and project developments, are compliant with MEPA regulations, health & safety practices and other legal-regulatory requirements.
