Incorporated in Malta on the 30th March 2011 with company registration number C52422, J. Zammit Estates Limited became fully owned by Agora Estates p.l.c. with effect from 23rd April 2019. The primary objective of the company is acquire and develop immoveable property, whether residential or commercial, creating an investment property portfolio for rental income and capital appreciation. The company owns nine commercial properties consisting of showrooms, warehouses and offices, and one excavated parcel of land with the intention to develop into a business centre comprising of warehousing, showroom and offices, all strategically located in the central region of Malta.

Incorporated in Malta on the 16th May 2019 with company registration number C91846, J. Zammit Development Limited’s primary objective is to acquire and develop immoveable property of various types including maisonettes, apartments, penthouses and villas, to hold as inventory for resale.
